Jim Ward Construction was established by Jim Ward based upon his philosophy of honesty, integrity, quality, and consistency, as well as his progressive attitude on new construction trends including energy efficient construction.

After working as a carpenter for 12 years, Jim acquired his contractor's license in 1985 and has accumulated more than 36 years in the home construction business.

Jim started as a framing contractor, framing residential subdivisions, setting the foundation for his success. As his business progressed he focused on custom kitchen and bath remodels, spec homes, and turn key custom homes with an artesian touch, earning his clients praise while providing them with uncompromised professional service and superior quality workmanship.

In 2000, Jim entered the custom log home building niche with the desire to master this type of construction. Jim has completed many log homes, delighting each of his customers and exceeding their expectation with his craftsmanship
